4. Orders and Payments

5. Delivery

Upon successful payment, eSIM details will be delivered electronically to the email address provided. Delivery is typically immediate but may vary depending on external factors.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of eSIMs, refunds are generally not provided once the eSIM has been delivered. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical issues attributable to WolfieSIM, provided that:

• The issue is reported within 30 days of purchase.
• The user cooperates with troubleshooting efforts.
• The eSIM has not been activated or used.

7. User Responsibilities
